Wine Boxes and Box-and-Bag Sets
A wine box does two jobs. It protects the bottle through handling and shipping, and it sets the tone when the gift is opened. This is why many buyers pair a box with a matching bag. The box carries the product safely, the bag carries the presentation.
We make both parts in one place. You can order a box alone, or a box and bag set with the same paper, color, and finish. That keeps the brand consistent and the logistics simple. Most sets are built around a standard bottle, but we work from your dimensions or sample.

Choosing the right set
Start with the bottle. Tell us the height, diameter, and shoulder shape, or send a sample. We set the insert so the bottle is held at four points. No unsupported neck or shoulder. A 750 ml bottle fits most stock sets, but custom sizing is common.
Then pick the structure. Rigid lid-and-base sets feel substantial. Magnetic closure boxes are easy to open and close. Drawer boxes suit two or more bottles. Foldable boxes save freight and warehouse space. Handles and double-door fronts are options for retail display.
Finally, choose the material and finish. Greyboard with specialty paper is the standard for premium sets. Leather-textured paper gives a leather look without the cost. For shipping boxes, corrugated cardboard with a handle is practical. Flocked paper and foil stamping add contrast.
Buyer questions
Can the bag and box match exactly?
Yes. We print the bag and the box facing paper in the same run, using the same Pantone reference. We control the lamination and finishing so the surface feel is consistent. First-article approval lets you check the match before mass production.
What insert works best for a two-bottle set?
EVA foam or a paper mould. Both hold each bottle at four points, and we cut the cavities to your bottle profile. Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm for the insert. We test by shaking for 10 seconds and tilting at 45 degrees; the bottles must not move.
How do you check a box before shipping?
Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with a bottle loaded, stacking under 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. We look for no internal movement, no crease cracks, and corners that stay at 90 degrees when erected.
